Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

Your role

We are looking for a motivated and innovative Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team of colleagues. As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for expanding and supporting our customer base. Your main task is to get the most out of our customers’ objects every day and to achieve their sales goals together with them.


Your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your customers and act as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle
  • You ensure that no customer is overlooked or underserved
  • You identify upselling opportunities and develop expansion plans in collaboration with the leadership team
  • You are our voice with customers, providing support during on-boarding and making sure all needs are met
  • You have an independent way of working and pursue open leads
  • You challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to innovate within the customer success process
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure our product meets the needs and requirements of our customers


What you need for your success:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or as a success/account manager, ideally in the hotel or software industry
  • Strong prioritization and execution skills driven by client needs, business impact and potential for expansion
  • The ability to identify upselling opportunities
  • An analytical way of thinking combined with a strong sense of personal responsibility
  • A deep understanding of the value drivers in business models with recurring revenue
  • You can develop strategies and use them successfully in the corporate structure
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to challenges and maintain a positive attitude
  • You are fluent in English (C1 level) and German (C2/mother tongue), both written and spoken

Our offer to you:

  • Our working model: 4 days in office, 1 day home office with the option of flexitime
  • Working time: 38,5h/week full time

  • Remuneration: €42.000 gross in the first year
