Gerlinde has been running Landhaus Keil with great passion for over 30 years. Her guests appreciate the personal touch, the warm welcome, and the family atmosphere – every detail bears her signature. But over the years, requirements have changed: guests expect digital communication, quick confirmations, and modern processes. Gerlinde remained true to her style – still managing bookings with pen and notebook, writing invoices in Word, and registering guests in the evening using a form.

She knew that a change was needed. But she was certain that she couldn't manage it on her own.
