Stefan Carpe rents out minimalist sleeping cubes, which are set up as “Tents 2.0” on campsites. These are his first accommodations for rent, so from the very beginning, it was clear to him: he wanted a system that simply works and automates all processes – with no technical knowledge needed and without juggling ten different tools.

The Challenge

Stefan wanted to list his cubes professionally on Airbnb and Booking.com – without an agency and without daily manual work. At the same time, it was important to him that the tourist tax (Kurtaxe) is handled automatically, and that guest communication does not consume his time every day. As a newcomer to the tourism rental market, he was looking for a solution that is easy to use and covers everything – from bookings to accounting.
